Privacy Policy
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR.
This English version is provided for convenience. The legally binding version is the German privacy policy.
1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is:
Matthias MerzLogistiXpert
View Talay 2B, Condo 433/179
Moo 12, Thappraya Road
Nong Prue, Bang Lamung
Chon Buri 20150
Thailand
Email: m.merz@logistixpert.de
Phone: +49 151 25062423
No data protection officer has been appointed, as the statutory conditions requiring one are not met.
2. Principle: data minimisation on this site
This website is deliberately built so that as little data as possible arises:
- No cookies are set.
- No analytics, tracking or marketing tools are used.
- No third-party content is embedded — no external fonts, maps, videos or social media plugins. Fonts are served from this site's own server.
- There is no contact form; contact is made directly by email or telephone.
- There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.
- No access logs of your visit are kept.
Visiting this site therefore gives rise only to the technically unavoidable connection data described in section 3.
3. Access data when the website is called up
For this website, the creation of access logs and statistics at the hosting provider is switched off. No log files about your visit are created, evaluated or retained and no traffic analysis takes place.
It is technically unavoidable that your browser transmits data when the connection is established — in particular your IP address — and that the hosting provider processes this in the course of delivering the page and securing its systems. That processing takes place at the provider, in its role as processor; the data is not made available to me and is not evaluated by me.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technical provision and the secure, fault-free operation of this website.
Retention period: no access data is stored on my side. The technically necessary processing at the hosting provider lasts only for the duration of the connection and the securing of operations. Under the data processing agreement, the provider is obliged to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of personal data on my instruction. This data is not merged with other sources.
4. Hosting
This website is operated by an external service provider. The provider processes the data referred to in section 3 on my behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Provider:
ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien MünnichOwner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Germany
The servers are located in Germany. Under the concluded data processing agreement, the provider performs all processing exclusively within a member state of the European Union or a contracting state of the European Economic Area; any relocation to a third country requires my prior consent and the conditions of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. No personal data is therefore transferred to a third country as part of the hosting.
5. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact me by email or telephone, I process the details you provide — in particular your name, contact details and the content of your message — solely in order to deal with your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry is directed at concluding or performing a contract; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, based on my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Retention period: your details are deleted once they are no longer required for the purpose of processing and no statutory retention obligations — in particular under commercial and tax law — prevent deletion.
Please note that unencrypted transmission by email may have security gaps. For confidential information I am glad to agree encrypted transmission or a non-disclosure agreement in advance.
6. Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise this by the address bar of
your browser beginning with https://. Content transmitted this way
cannot be read by third parties.
7. Recipients and transfer to Thailand
Your data is not passed on to third parties, other than to the hosting provider named in section 4 and in cases where I am legally obliged to disclose it.
Please note: the controller is established in Thailand. The website itself is hosted in Germany, so the log files described in section 3 do not leave the EU. If you contact me by email or telephone, however, the data you send is processed by me in Thailand. Thailand is a third country for the purposes of the GDPR and no adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR has been issued for it by the European Commission.
Legal basis for the transfer: Art. 49 (1) (b) GDPR. The transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and me or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — an enquiry cannot be answered without being read.
It cannot be ruled out that Thai authorities may access this data under local law and that the remedies provided for by the GDPR may not be available to you to the same extent in that respect. If you would prefer to avoid this, please tell me and we can agree another form of communication.
8. Your rights
You have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller:
- Access to the data processed about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure of your data stored by me (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR
Where processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to that processing. I will then no longer process the data concerned unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Right to lodge a complaint
Without prejudice to any other remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. As the controller is not established in the European Union, please contact the authority of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. A list of the competent authorities in Germany and across the EU is available from the European Data Protection Board.
9. Obligation to provide data
Providing personal data is neither legally nor contractually required. Without the connection data described in section 3, however, this website cannot technically be delivered. Without contact details I cannot answer your enquiry.
10. Status and changes
